VBA/VB6 to C#.Net Code Conversion for ArcGIS Users

Many ArcGIS users rely on VBA, VBScript, and VB6. According to the depreciation plan for ArcGIS (http://resources.arcgis.nl/downloads/ArcGIS_10_Deprecation_Plan.pdf) VBA will not be supported as of ArcGIS 10.1; and use of VB6 is being discouraged (http://blogs.esri.com/Dev/blogs/arcobjectsdevelopment/archive/2009/03/30/VBA-and-VB6_3A00_-The-Road-Ahead.aspx). But there are many benefits to updating (new features, compatibility with newer operating systems, enhanced user interface, etc), leaving users needing to convert their VBA and/or VB6 code to a supported .NET or Python language.

TractBuilder can help! We can convert your applications, extensions, and customizations to a supported language in a quick and cost effective manner. And, we don’t just convert the code, but can also add new features or adjust your workflow if desired.

Many people look at the depreciation of VBA as an inconvenience, but why not instead take it as an opportunity to update and enhance? TractBuilder is ready and willing to guide you through this transition.
