TractBuilder Joins the Esri Partner Network

TractBuilder is proud to announce its membership in the Esri Partner Network. TractBuilder has been developing extensions to ArcMap and using Esri technology for several years, and have now formalized the relationship by becoming a Silver Tier Partner. With a focus on desktop mapping, web-mapping portals, and GIS services a partnership between the two companies is beneficial for the clients as well as TractBuilder and Esri.

TractBuilder has created ArcMap/TractBuilder combo packs that can save you hundreds of dollars per license! You can see these exciting offers at Since enabling its much-praised Metes & Bounds software to work as an extension to ArcMap, TractBuilder clients have been wondering when this step would happen.

Kyle Souza, Sales Manager for TractBuilder, has this to say “Our clients are our priority. By joining the Esri Partner Network we will be able offer our clients more software, an increased level of support, and communicate their needs to Esri on their behalf. We have been discussing this with several Esri representatives, (primarily Amy Garner, Danny Sosa, and David Dignum) for a while. And this is good timing, right before Esri PUG 2011. I am pretty excited, everyone here is.”

One of TractBuilder’s clients has already benefited from the new partnership.
“I needed to get Sodak’s GIS up-to-speed; I had to be able to create PLSS features efficiently and I also needed Metes & Bounds software. The TractBuilder Tools for ArcGIS meet both these needs. I’ve never been able to map leases and tracts as quickly in a GIS environment as I am now. I am glad TractBuilder is an Esri partner too, we got all our software in one place, and saved a few hundred dollars at the same time!” – Chris Warlick, ArcGIS Administrator, Sodak Properties

TractBuilder is looking forward to growing this new relationship and leveraging its partner status to assist their clients with their mapping needs.
